A: | The icons are our proprietary representation of wine style. They are not a rating - if we are presenting a wine, it has cleared that fundamental hurdle or we would not offer it at all. That is the difference between a true wine merchant and a retail venue where wine is sold without any filter protecting you, our customers, for quality. See the page on Icons for further details. |

A: | Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us directly. |

A: | MON-FRI 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM SAT- SUN 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM OUR KITCHEN IS NOW OPEN FOR TO-GO ORDERS ONLY. KITCHEN HOURS ARE 10:00AM-7:00 PM DAILY. |
